As Senior Service Architect you will shape service design and transition for customer solutions and managed propositions, collaborating with internal and client teams. You’ll define service wrappers, support models, and delivery capabilities to meet requirements and governance standards. You’ll lead SD&T initiatives, mentor colleagues, and guide bids to align customer needs with value-driven service design. The role blends strategic design with hands-on transition to live operations, partnering across Service Desk and Operations. This is a chance to lead transformational service architectures within a defence-tech environment.

- Lead and mentor on Service Management and Service Design & Transition across the portfolio
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to define service wrappers, support models and requirements for new solutions
- Act as SME in bids/proposals, translating customer needs into defined support models and costs
- Develop and promote SD&T frameworks, policies, processes, templates, and documentation
- Engage stakeholders to ensure SD&T processes are understood and aligned with governance
- Oversee transition of services into live operation with readiness and ongoing support capability
- Significant experience in Service Design Transition and Service Architecture in large, complex organisations
- Ability to mentor and lead others on service design and transition
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience converting customer business needs into Service Design and Portfolio Management solutions
- Proven track record of identifying improvements to service delivery and value creation
- Ability to influence stakeholders and engage across various roles and levels
