Senior Service Architect & Bid Leader (Hybrid)

Addition in Bristol or Malvern is seeking a Senior Service Consultant to shape service strategies across bids and live operations. The role blends service design, architecture and development with strong stakeholder engagement in complex defence contexts.

You will lead bid and pre-bid activities, translate client requirements into compliant service models, and work with MoD and government partners to ensure readiness and smooth transition into operation. Hybrid working is supported.
