Senior Service Delivery Manager | DV Cleared (MoD)

Copello Global Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a 6-month contract in Southampton with hybrid working. The role requires current DV clearance and prior MoD project experience, and involves owning end-to-end service delivery across customer sites.

You will manage end-user demands, incident resolution, ITSM logging, change management, and governance, while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, QA, Logistics, and Compliance to meet CSAT and gross margin targets.
