Senior ServiceNow Architect

As Senior ServiceNow Architect you will lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that enable digital transformation and scalable workflows. You will bridge cloud, data, and AI domains to craft architectures ensuring security, performance, and extensibility. You’ll influence strategic initiatives, collaborate with experts across practices, and deliver business impact through innovative ServiceNow capabilities. This role offers scope to shape solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to internal IP and governance processes.

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, integration, and governance
• Collaborate with clients and partners to translate business needs into architectural designs
• Lead technical decision-making and drive the AI strategy within ServiceNow projects
• Mentor development teams and facilitate knowledge sharing across practices
• Contribute to internal intellectual property and create ServiceNow-based solutions
• Support internal initiatives, including knowledge base maintenance and governance processes
• Participate in practice-related marketing and knowledge-sharing activities

• 12+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise level
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration patterns
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on complex projects
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives within ServiceNow projects
• Knowledge of emerging ServiceNow modules and ecosystem developments
