Senior ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned ServiceNow IT Operations Implementation Specialist, you will execute CMDB strategy, governance, and infrastructure roadmaps. Build foundational systems, define standards, and protect data integrity across diverse product and data owners. Translate operational challenges into scalable solutions through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CMDB and CSDM strategy implementation
• Define CI classes, attributes, dependencies, and service mapping
• Manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping lifecycle
• Build IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connector integrations
• Oversee CMDB health, normalization, and reconciliation

Requirements:

• Deep ServiceNow and ITOM Visibility proficiency
• Advanced JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and PowerShell
• Expert Discovery patterns, credentials, and error handling knowledge
• Understanding of ITSM, ITAM, VR, and ITIL
• Experience with data analysis and quality governance
