Senior ServiceNow Cybersecurity Developer

ServiceNow development meets cybersecurity operations at PwC, where senior expertise in workflows, integrations, and incident management supports client protection.

As a Senior Associate, Workflows and Automation, you will design ServiceNow solutions for a global managed services practice. Your work will support incident response, detection engineering tracking, alert correlation, and customer interaction models. You will translate operational requirements into scalable workflows aligned with ISO27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect ServiceNow workflows supporting cybersecurity operations
• Lead integrations with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing platforms
• Apply CSM, ITSM, and TPSM modules to security use cases
• Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for cyber operations
• Maintain version control, change management, and upgrade planning

Requirements:

• Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API skills
• Experience with CSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
• Managed security services and incident management experience
• Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks
