Overview
Senior ServiceNow Developer needed for a major enterprise environment to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across workflows, integrations, automation and platform enhancements. You will work with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and CMDB within an enterprise setting, solving complex integration and automation challenges. This remote-first contract role offers occasional travel to London and a chance to shape enterprise-wide ServiceNow capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes and platform improvements.
Responsibilities- Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across workflows, integrations, automation and platform enhancements
- Work with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and CMDB to implement and optimize capabilities
- Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes
- Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML and MID Server for enterprise connectivity
- Drive enterprise integration and workflow automation to enable business processes
- Manage stakeholder expectations and.resolve problems effectively
- 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub & CMDB
- Advanced JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules & Script Includes
- Extensive REST/SOAP API, OAuth, JSON/XML & MID Server experience
- Strong enterprise integration and workflow automation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
