Senior ServiceNow DevOps Delivery Lead

adesso UK in London is seeking an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Delivery Lead to own and elevate the DevOps function across an enterprise ServiceNow environment, coordinating a 6–8 person London-based team and aligning client, supplier and vendor activities.

You will shape governance, KPIs and incident/change/release management, drive automation, and ensure platform stability and continuous improvement through structured delivery and senior stakeholder engagement.
