Senior ServiceNow Release Consultant

Lead ServiceNow release management with ITSM expertise and DPRM experience in enterprise technology environments. Shape controlled, coordinated software deployments.

This senior consultant role centers on ServiceNow configuration, administration, and enterprise Release Management. You will support release governance through calendars, scheduling, risk assessment, dependency management, and deployment coordination. The work also includes integrations, process assessment, operating models, and automation improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions for release management
• Establish release governance, calendars, schedules, and deployment coordination
• Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, SPM, DevOps, and CI/CD tools
• Assess current processes and develop future-state operating models
• Provide testing, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Extensive ITSM, ServiceNow, and enterprise Release Management experience
• Hands-on ServiceNow DPRM or equivalent solution experience
• Expertise with Flow Designer, Business Rules, scripts, and workflows
• Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and cloud-based technology environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
