Senior ServiceNow Release Management Consultant

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Release Management Consultant with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow configuration, and enterprise Release Management .

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) or equivalent Release Management solutions is essential.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, customization, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, workflows, dashboards, and reporting .
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines using APIs and integration technologies.
• Proven ability to establish release governance, release calendars, planning and scheduling, risk assessments, dependency management, and deployment coordination .
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM best practices, SDLC, enterprise service management, and cloud-based technology environments .
• Experience assessing current-state processes, developing future-state operating models, and improving release governance and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution testing, documentation, training, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); public-sector experience is preferred.
