You will be the trusted advisor to clients, responsible for aligning business needs with effective ServiceNow implementations. Emphasis will be placed on continuous improvements and adherence to compliance standards, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Architect ServiceNow HAM solutions covering the entire asset lifecycle • Ensure alignment of HAM and SAM solutions with related ServiceNow products • Define strategies for data governance and process controls • Collaborate with delivery teams to meet project goals • Draft technical documentation for solution implementation
Requirements: • 8-12 years in IT services and enterprise architecture • 4 years minimum on the ServiceNow platform • Proven experience with HAM and SAM capabilities • Strong understanding of software lifecycle processes • Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations
