Senior Shared Services Systems Analyst

Lead HRIS/ERP process improvement for Elk Valley Resources in British Columbia, focusing on Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable systems. The role includes a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off.

As Senior Analyst, Shared Services, you will analyze, design, implement, and improve business processes, systems, and reporting. You will provide functional expertise across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable. The role partners with HRIS, Finance, Site Operations, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Shared Services processes for operational, financial, compliance, and system risks
• Facilitate workshops and document functional and business requirements
• Improve HRIS/ERP processes while ensuring legislative and internal control compliance
• Analyze integrations, workflows, automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency
• Develop reporting solutions and support change management activities

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in Finance, Payroll, or related business systems
• Minimum two years supporting HRIS/ERP implementations or enhancements
• Knowledge of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable processes
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, configuration, and change management
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
