Senior SharePoint Solutions Consultant

Lead complex SharePoint projects for Microserve from British Columbia or Alberta in a hybrid Senior Solutions Consultant position. Apply deep Microsoft expertise to client-facing delivery.

This experienced consultant leads technical discovery, solution design, and implementation for SharePoint and adjacent Microsoft technologies. You will translate requirements into practical plans, guide consultants, and advise client stakeholders. The work connects strategy with successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery and define solution scope and requirements
• Develop Statements of Work with deliverables, timelines, and estimates
• Direct SharePoint design, configuration, implementation, and migration
• Manage technical delivery, scope, milestones, budget, and quality
• Communicate progress and guidance to client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Approximately 8+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong SharePoint design, implementation, and migration experience
• Deep expertise in architecture, governance, permissions, and lifecycle management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and troubleshooting skills
