Senior Siebel AEM Solutions Designer

Design Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solutions as a Senior Solutions Designer, translating client requirements into integrated hosting technology designs.

This senior position designs solutions around service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models. You will gather business requirements, develop application flows, and prepare technical specifications. The work includes highly available systems, accessibility, user experience, and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hosting technology solutions for client application requirements
• Develop business designs and functional requirements
• Create application flows, process flows, and screen designs
• Assess system performance, capacity, and improvement recommendations
• Prepare technical documentation, test strategies, and UAT scenarios

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years designing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
• Seven-plus years designing Adobe AEM technology solutions
• Experience developing high-level application flows
• Experience with WCAG or AODA accessibility requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
