Senior Siebel AEM Solutions Designer

Design Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solutions as a Senior Solutions Designer, translating client specifications into deliverables.

This senior position focuses on hosting technology solutions aligned with service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models. You will develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and application flows. The work bridges client business requirements with technical teams through structured design and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hosting technology solutions for client application requirements
• Develop business design documents and functional requirements
• Create application flows supporting business requirements
• Develop process flows and high-level screen designs
• Identify risks and provide solution recommendations

Requirements:

• At least seven years designing Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM solutions
• Seven-plus years implementing Siebel and Adobe AEM solutions
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, systematic problem-solving ability
