Senior Siebel AEM Solutions Designer

Design Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solutions while translating business requirements into high-level application flows and technical designs.

This senior Solutions Designer develops business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and application screen flows. The work includes user research, usability testing, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will connect client business needs with technical teams while supporting complex solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications
• Develop business design documents and functional requirements
• Create application flows, process flows, and screen designs
• Research users and analyze feedback, issues, and pain points
• Document business rules, use cases, risks, and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years designing Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM solutions
• Seven-plus years implementing Siebel and Adobe AEM solutions
• Experience creating functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD prototyping software
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
