Senior SIEM Implementation Consultant

Lead SIEM implementation and security operations at PwC using Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps, and advanced detection engineering practices. This hybrid position supports PwC Canada teams.

As a Senior Associate, you will deliver SIEM engagements across cloud and on-premises environments. Your work combines SIEM architecture, log ingestion, integration, detection engineering, and security-focused AI applications. You will support client delivery through technical implementation and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SIEM implementation and operations technical deliverables
• Conduct SIEM assessments and recommend security improvements
• Develop data pipelines for ingestion, normalization, and enrichment
• Build NIST and MITRE ATT&CK aligned detection use cases
• Create dashboards, alerts, workbooks, and SOAR workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum three years implementing SIEM and security operations
• Hands-on experience with Sentinel, Google SecOps, XSIAM, Devo, and Splunk
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting
• Experience with Azure, GCP, AWS, and Cribl
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
