As a Senior SRE at iManage you build scalable, resilient platforms and guardrails that empower developers to innovate quickly and reliably. You lead architectural discussions, reduce toil, and guide incident response while advocating SRE principles and best practices. You work across teams to standardize reliability, observability, and security for our cloud-native ecosystem. This is a growth-focused role in a fast-moving SaaS environment with a strong culture of collaboration and belonging. You’ll help scale our cloud platform and shape the future of our reliability program.

- Experience writing design documents, postmortems, and refactoring code
- Automation to reduce operational burden and internal SaaS tooling
- Advocacy for SRE principles (SLOs vs SLAs) and practical adoption
- Experience with public cloud or hosted datacenter environments (Azure and AKS preferred)
