This experienced Senior Data Engineer role focuses on Capital Markets, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms. You will support trading, risk management, market data, and regulatory reporting. The work requires Python or PySpark for ETL/ELT pipelines, large-scale processing, validation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design enterprise-scale pipelines and Snowflake warehouse solutions
  • Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, and ETL frameworks
  • Build models supporting analytics and financial reporting
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and integrity
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and support production deployments

Requirements:

  • Eight-plus years in Data Engineering or related roles
  • Hands-on Snowflake development, loading, optimization, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks
  • Expert SQL with joins, windows, procedures, and tuning
  • Capital Markets knowledge across stated financial domains
  • Python or PySpark experience for data processing
