Senior Snowflake Data Engineer - Pipelines, SQL & Cloud

The Data Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data solutions, with a primary focus on Snowflake and SQL.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on data engineering expertise, and the capability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in building efficient data pipelines, optimizing data models, and supporting cloud-based data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake as the primary data platform.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformations for large-scale datasets.
• Support data ingestion, modeling, and processing activities across multiple data sources.
• Utilize basic AWS services to support cloud-based data operations.
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and basic data transformation tasks.
• Work independently to analyze problems, design solutions, and implement data engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical and reporting needs.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong expertise with Snowflake including data modeling, pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex, optimized queries.
• Basic working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Basic experience with Python for scripting and data processing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
