Next Pathway seeks an experienced Senior Snowflake Data Engineer supporting a major enterprise client’s new Snowflake data platform. You will lead a team while developing pipelines, ELT and ETL processes, data integrations, and analytics-ready datasets. The work includes Snowflake-native development, data modeling, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a data engineering team supporting enterprise platform delivery
• Design scalable pipelines for Snowflake ingestion and transformation
• Develop batch and near real-time ELT and ETL processes
• Build Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, tasks, and streams
• Optimize queries, models, transformations, costs, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Four or more years in data engineering or cloud platforms
• Two or more years of hands-on Snowflake development
• Strong SQL development and data modeling skills
• Enterprise pipeline, integration, dimensional modeling, and data mart experience
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders
