Senior Software Architect

As a Software Architect at Netcompany, you will shape distributed architectures and guide the realization of high-impact solutions. You’ll translate ambiguous needs into concrete requirements, work with internal and external partners, and craft target-state designs aligned with industry best practices. You enable delivery with governance and observability considerations, and participate in architecture reviews. • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specs
• Enable delivery and governance by crafting a detailed roadmap and defining observability needs (metrics, logs, traces)
• Participate in design reviews and architecture review boards
• Shape and document solution architectures and integration designs aligned to best practices
• Produce target-state architectures and guide implementation with cross-functional teams

• Experience designing or implementing distributed system architectures
• Experience as a technical architect or technical lead
