In this role, you will contribute to CONNECT, AVEVA’s core industrial intelligence platform, helping customers transform their digital operations. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to shape system architecture, deliver scalable platform features, and improve reliability and performance. The position blends on‑premises and cloud development, offering opportunities to move toward cloud‑native solutions. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment that values learning, collaboration, and delivering tangible platform value to partners and end users.

- Collaborate with software engineers to design and develop core features of CONNECT
- Optimize platform scalability, reliability, and performance
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across platform services and interfaces
- Monitor and analyse platform metrics to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including code reviews, testing, and planning in an Agile team
- A STEM degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Competence in object-oriented design with emphasis on maintainability and reuse
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice design patterns
- Experience developing in C#/.NET or similar
