You will lead technical workstreams, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance new development with debt remediation. You will optimize systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability while staying abreast of emerging technologies. Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced software solutions to meet complex requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Optimize software for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and implement changes
- Troubleshoot complex issues as a technical resource
- Plan and estimate development efforts for projects
- Balance technical debt resolution with new development to ensure long-term maintainability
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role
- Strong understanding of design methodologies and principles
- Experience with Continuous Delivery and DevOps tools and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Effective communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Significant experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
