Overview
As a Senior Software Developer at Framestore’s Technology team, you will build modern cloud-based AI and prompt data pipelines to support our next-generation media workflows. You’ll integrate new services with existing pipelines and asset management systems, enabling AI-driven media creation and observability. You work with cross-functional teams across film and advertising and contribute to rapid delivery with a strong focus on quality, security, and scalable design. This role offers high autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and a chance to shape cutting-edge tools used in global campaigns.

- Develop pipelines and services for prompt and AI media workflows, extending existing pipelines
- Ship secure, scalable Python services on GCP
- Design robust data solutions to version, track and observe pipeline data
- Collaborate with pipeline teams, artists and ML/AI department
- Ensure features include useful metrics and solid security
- Explore AI techniques to assist in code and media generation
- Promote Agile practices, code reviews, CD, and TDD, plus mentoring
- Experience building data and workflow solutions in VFX or similar
- Experience with web and service development in Python backend systems
- Strong grasp of Agile practices including continuous delivery, code review and TDD
- Ability to problem-solve independently and write high-quality code without over-reliance on AI tools
