Senior Software Developer Agentic AI

Lead agentic AI development as a Senior Software Developer with Euna Grants in a hybrid Oakville, Ontario engineering environment. Build scalable software using C# and .NET.

This senior developer anchors software supporting the full grants lifecycle for governments and nonprofits. You will own complex projects end to end, shape architecture, mentor developers, and expand AI-integrated production systems. The work includes agent orchestration, prompt architecture, MCP design, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture, implementation, testing, and delivery for large technical projects
• Lead agentic AI development practices across the engineering team
• Define coding standards, conduct reviews, and advance frameworks
• Mentor developers in relevant technologies and methodologies
• Troubleshoot production software, tooling gaps, and agent failures

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of .NET and ASP.NET MVC experience
• Strong C# experience developing RESTful APIs and WebAPI
• Three-plus years building AI-integrated and agentic applications
• Technical leadership, project timeline management, and standards accountability
• Full-stack fluency translating requirements into agent behaviors and prompts
