• Write and test product or system development code to high standards of accuracy, testability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews, ensuring best practices across available technologies including style guidelines and code quality
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content, adapting materials based on product and programme updates and user feedback
• Triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and assessing impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
• Design and implement GenAI solutions, leveraging ML infrastructure and evaluating tradeoffs between different techniques and their application domains

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
• 1 year of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques such as LLMs, Multi-Modal, or Large Vision Models, or with GenAI-related concepts including language modeling and computer vision
• Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
• Preferred: Experience developing accessible technologies
