Overview

As a Senior DevOps Developer, you design and improve the tools, automation, and infrastructure that power software delivery and operations. You’ll own complex challenges across cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable applications. You work closely with development teams to translate infrastructure needs into practical solutions and guide teammates through production issues. This role combines hands-on execution with technical leadership in a growth-driven, entrepreneurial culture. You’ll help shape how we deploy and operate at scale, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and improvement of application infrastructure, cloud environments, deployment processes, and DevOps practices across the SDLC
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
  • Create and maintain scalable Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions
  • Own AWS cloud infrastructure and the ongoing support of application environments
  • Provide technical leadership across Windows and Mac environments
  • Identify infrastructure and deployment needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues and guide junior staff
  • Support and improve databases and data stores for performance and reliability
  • Establish and enhance reliability, observability, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies and recommend for organizational objectives
  • Participate in complex deployments and after-hours support when required
Key requirements
  • Significant hands-on experience with AWS and production cloud environments
  • Proven ability to design and implement Infrastructure as Code and automation
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Strong experience with MySQL 8, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and SQLite
  • Experience across Windows and Mac environments
  • Strong knowledge of reliability, observability, monitoring, and disaster recovery
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-domain issues
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how it intersects with infrastructure
