Senior Software Developer in Test - Senior Consultant

In this role you will lead automation testing initiatives for client projects, design cutting-edge frameworks, and guide small QA teams. You will own QA strategy and ensure alignment with business needs in a consultancy setting. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable testing solutions. • Design, build, and implement automation frameworks and testing solutions for clients
• Lead and mentor small teams of automation testers with technical direction
• Take ownership of QA strategies and influence testing best practices
• Maintain a client-facing role ensuring solutions align with business needs

• Eligibility for SC clearance
• Significant experience in Agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Strong coding skills in Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Proven automation testing expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or RestAssured
• Knowledge of integration testing and automation frameworks
• Experience leading small teams and contributing to QA strategy
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, K6, Neoload)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
