- Degree in software-related field
- Experience across full software development lifecycle
- Ability to code within projects
- Databases experience (MongoDB, SQL or Document DB)
- Java (Spring) and AWS experience
- DevOps experience and willingness to work in a DevOps-focused role
- Hands-on CI/CD with Jenkins
- Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Liquibase
- Unit Testing experience
- MVC experience
- Experience delivering major IT solutions
- Understanding of Agile tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and professional attitude
