Senior Software Developer (Microservices - GoLang)

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy GoLang-based microservices within a cloud-native environment to advance Entrust’s identity-centric security platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that scales. • Design, develop, and deploy GoLang microservices in a cloud-native setup
• Collaborate with developers and cloud operations to ensure reliable delivery
• Implement RESTful APIs (OpenAPI 3.0) and comprehensive testing (unit/integration/functional/system)
• Maintain code quality with Git/Jira and Atlassian tools
• Create design documents (LLD, HLD, UML, API specs) and contribute to architecture decisions

• 8+ years in software development
• 3+ years in GoLang
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture, design patterns, and Agile processes
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (OpenAPI 3.0)
• Proficient in GoLang testing frameworks and debugging
• Proficient with Git and JIRA; Atlassian tooling experience
• Knowledge of MongoDB and basic cloud-native concepts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with design document creation (LLD, HLD, UML, API specs)
