- 5+ years in IT
- Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/IT or similar
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Ability to code within projects
- Databases experience (MongoDB, SQL or Document Database)
- Full-stack or backend with .NET and AWS
- DevOps experience and willingness to work in a DevOps-focused role
- Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Liquibase
- Experience in Unit Testing and MVC
- Experience delivering major IT solutions
- Understanding of agile tools/methodologies
- Excellent communication and professional attitude
