Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy backend services and APIs for telecommunications applications using languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define software requirements and technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring robust operation within the telecom infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of new software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in development, staging, and production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language relevant to telecommunications software (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies is a plus.
