Key Responsibilities: • Architect and implement scalable backend systems • Drive complex feature breakdown for efficient delivery • Provide design leadership across teams • Mentor SDE peers through code quality reviews • Identify and address operational risks proactively
Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in software development • Proficient in backend languages like Java, Go, or Python • Experience with AWS and cloud system enhancements • Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement • Proven record in managing distributed systems
