As a Senior SDE III on the Data Center Builder Tools team, you will shape the real-time middleware and runtime that connects industrial hardware with the cloud across AWS data centers. You’ll own end-to-end architecture, including the data-exchange layer, type systems, and cross-language interfaces, tackling hard real-time and embedded challenges. You’ll drive multi-quarter strategy for protocol support and cloud integration, ensuring determinism, latency budgets, and scalable reliability. You’ll mentor engineers, set standards, and align cross-functional partners around a shared technical vision. This is a hands-on leadership role at the boundary of software and hardware with a meaningful,
