Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Typescript, Node, AWS)

Troi Search are delighted to be partnering once again with this innovative & mission driven HealthTech client.

We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on coding with architectural thinking. You’ll build scalable, secure, cloud-native products used in real clinical environments, and collaborate closely with product and design to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Design reliable, observable systems running in the cloud (AWS)
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and zero-downtime deployments
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
• Experiment with emerging tech like AI, computer vision, and advanced analytics

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong experience with React, Typescript, Node & AWS Technologies
• Solid cloud and DevOps knowledge
• Comfort working in data-sensitive or regulated environments
• A pragmatic mindset with a bias for delivery
• Build technology that genuinely impacts patient care
• High ownership, low bureaucracy, real influence
