Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview:

Location: Malvern (Hybrid working available) Package: £60,000 – £90,000 + Benefits Industry: Defence Technology / Engineering What You’ll Be Doing:

Translate technical requirements into robust software solutions Design, build and maintain high-performance systems Develop new features while troubleshooting and resolving complex issues Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept through to delivery Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and key stakeholders Support integration and testing of real-time systems in a complex environment

Main Skills Needed:

Strong experience with C++ or Java development Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle Experience working on complex or real-time systems Confident working across Linux or Windows environments Knowledge of configuration management and change control processes Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
