We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join Royal London’sDigital Area. In this role,you’lluse your technicalexpertiseto help design, develop,testand implement high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs.

About the role

  • You’ll design and develop digital solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
  • You’ll deliver complex changes within your technical area, including assessing impacts on existing applications.
  • You’ll document and agree designs in advance, working to agreed standards and ways of working closely with architecture and other teams todesign the best solutions.
  • You’ll collaborate with the wider team, contribute ideas, and review others’ work to improve overall quality.

About you

  • You’llbring strong technical knowledge in.Net(C#)with experience of Azure, Typescript or Angularbeing an advantage.
  • You’llhave a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development,testingand implementation.
  • You’llhave experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and managing dependencies with other teams.
  • You’llbe comfortable managing your own workload .
