Senior Software Engineer

In this role you will design, build and scale Python-based microservices that deliver business value in a resilient, observable way. You will work within a cross-functional product team to solve complex problems and contribute to architectural decisions focused on engineering excellence. You’ll write clean, well-tested code and participate in reviews to uplift the whole team's quality. The role combines hands-on development with continuous learning and initiative to improve ways of working. • Develop, test, deploy and own Python microservices delivering value
• Solve complex, reliable and observable software problems
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold code quality across the team

• Strong computer engineering background with backend systems experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining cloud-based microservices
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with testing frameworks and debugging/refactoring
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
