Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Service Systems Team, you will deliver production code within a cross-functional squad, shaping internal systems and automation to enable business outcomes. You’ll apply strong coding expertise and sound architectural judgment to build scalable solutions, while mentoring peers and upholding maintainability and reliability. You’ll collaborate with product, platform, and operations to balance delivery, quality, and value, driving continuous improvement and ownership. • Deliver production code as a core hands-on contributor within a cross-functional product squad
• Design and build automation and integration solutions across internal systems and third-party platforms
• Apply performance and architectural judgement to keep solutions maintainable and scalable
• Write clean, well-tested code in Node.js, React, Python and Go
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior and mid-level engineers to foster collaborative culture

• Active coding ability in Go, Node.js, React and Python
• Experience building automation or integrations that improve business processes or connect systems via APIs and third-party platforms
• Mentoring and supporting others through code reviews or pairing
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders
