Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services that underpin the company’s technology strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure systems and new features that improve performance and reliability. • Design and deliver backend software aligned with the engineering roadmap
• Support solution design, infrastructure setup, testing, and maintenance
• Ensure services are robust, secure, and up-to-date with user feedback
• Build new features and optimize systems for performance and scalability
• Uphold engineering best practices across cost efficiency, compliance, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in Python with TDD
• Experience deploying and maintaining systems on GCP or AWS
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and Docker
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (Django/DRF or FastAPI)
• Strong knowledge of secure software development and engineering best practices
