Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Engineer in Strategic Initiatives, you contribute to the AI-Native Engineering program by building reusable tooling, agentic system prototypes, and secure, scalable paved roads for R&D teams. You collaborate with architects and engineering leaders to surface challenges, reduce governance friction, and advance production-ready AI-enabled capabilities. You drive cross-team enablement and knowledge sharing to accelerate adoption of AI-powered development practices. • Build and iterate reusable tooling and automation to accelerate AI-Native development across Product and R&D
• Prototype agentic system patterns that are production-viable for teams to adopt
• Improve internal visibility with actionable metrics on AI-Native evolution and impact
• Collaborate with teams to surface challenges, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to paved roads emphasizing architecture and security alignment to lower experimentation and governance costs
• Share knowledge via documentation, examples, and hands-on support to enable pattern adoption
• Translate day-to-day observations into strategic direction and priorities

• Production-quality tooling, automation, and integrations experience (Python, TypeScript, or equivalent)
• DevOps and platform engineering fluency (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code)
• Secure development practices integration into tooling and architecture
• Broad, non-narrow engineering background (QA, tooling, platform, app development)
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
