Overview

As a Software Developer at NiCE Public Safety, you design, implement, and test UI, server, and interface components in C# for scalable multi-server environments. You will ensure secure, maintainable code and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver a high-quality product for public safety and justice customers. You’ll actively test, fix defects, and assist with customer support cases. This role offers exposure to modern tools and a chance to contribute to mission-critical software on a global stage.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and test UI, server, and interface components in C# for multi-threaded, multi-server setups
  • Ensure security, scalability, compatibility, and maintainability of code
  • Test your work, fix defects, and assist with customer support cases
Key requirements
  • ASP.NET web applications in C# using Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
  • Experience in collaborative multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintainable code and experience with source control (Azure DevOps, GIT)
  • Unit and automated testing with NUnit, Jasmine, Selenium
  • Solid understanding of network security, authentication, and authorization
  • Experience with databases using Entity Framework
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Experience creating RESTful APIs and SOA
