As a Senior Software Engineer at IRIS, you will lead the delivery of complex full-stack web applications serving millions of users. You’ll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive commercially aware technical decisions within a fast-growing software group. - Proven ability delivering complex, multi-system solutions
- Experience with highly scalable, internet-facing solutions
- Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture decisions and mentoring
- Active mentoring experience with junior and mid-level engineers
- Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple sprints or quarters
- Commercially aware and outcome-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills for technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to coach others and lead cross-team collaboration
