Overview
In this role you will design, develop and support scalable software solutions within Marsh’s collaborative technology team, applying modern engineering practices. You will collaborate with product, architecture and business stakeholders to align delivery with Marsh’s evolving digital and AI ambitions. You will write clean, testable code and address performance and integration challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing while working with independence. The position offers hybrid work with three days in the office and exposure to AI-enabled software delivery at scale.

- Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Write clean, maintainable code and robust unit tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including performance and integration challenges
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and teamwork
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar software engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular
- Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of delivery
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering maintainable software solutions
