Overview

As a Senior DotNet Developer, you will drive high-quality software delivery for a greenfield electronic trading platform in the fixed income space, built on AWS. You’ll own technical design and system architecture while collaborating with partner tech teams to align with business goals. The role combines hands-on coding with modern CI/CD practices, multi-threaded/async programming, and microservice/API-focused work. This is an opportunity to shape a new platform and contribute to a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
  • Own software delivery with quality and scope focus
  • Contribute to and own technical design and architecture documentation
  • Collaborate with partner technology teams to ensure alignment
  • Ensure robust CI/CD and testing practices across the stack
  • Work on API-based, service-oriented or microservice architectures
  • Deliver on a greenfield solution within a dynamic team
Key requirements
  • Deep understanding of .NET Core
  • ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful API design
  • Multithreading and asynchronous programming
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Docker/containerisation
  • API-based, service-oriented or microservice architectures
  • Automated testing with NUnit, Moq, Cucumber
  • RabbitMQ or other middleware messaging services
  • CI/CD tooling such as Git, TeamCity
  • Agile development lifecycle
  • Energetic
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented
  • Adaptable to diverse technical responsibilities
