Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at CTM Tech, you lead delivering high-quality technical solutions and foster a culture of innovation. You’ll partner with engineering managers and product managers to balance technical and operational trade-offs, owning end-to-end development, quality, observability, and security. You’ll gain hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and .NET while driving cross-functional collaboration. • Design solutions with cross-functional teams and balance trade-offs between technical and operational factors
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Leadership to optimize delivery
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, security, maintenance
• Embed testing and security standards across the software you build
• Participate in engineering communities to share knowledge
• Lead design reviews, prototype new tech, and assess feasibility
• Ensure readiness of technology and services
• Engage in Agile/lean development practices (pairing, code reviews, continuous delivery)
• Mentor junior team members

• Experience building scalable, highly available services/products
• Experience designing and maintaining build/test/deploy pipelines
