looking for someone on the lines of Principal engineer or staff engineer
Deep technically credible –
comfortable coding
Able to design end to end
Techno-functional – AML and Fraud domain knowledge and expertise – typologies, detection strategies, regulations
To clarify the expectations of the role, below is how I am thinking:
40% hands on engineering
Full stack technical skills – java, data, DB etc
30% architecture and platform
Fincrime and Fraud platforms experience such as Feedzai, netreveal, Biocatch, Featurespace etc
30% cross functional influence
Partner with fin crime and fraud ops, analytics and compliance teams
