Overview
In this role you will work within the Data & Technology team to deliver Java-based software solutions for the Central Government sector. You’ll handle full SDLC, releasing high-quality increments and supporting client integrations and demonstrations. You’ll explore new technologies to improve systems and mentor others as a senior contributor. The role includes security vetting considerations and occasional travel, offering involvement across technical and business activities with a mission-driven, government-facing focus.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership (senior position)
- 5-8 years of Java development experience
- Familiarity with Spring or Hibernate
- Experience with Agile environments
- Experience mentoring others (senior level)
- AWS experience or familiarity is advantageous
- Active UK SC Clearance or eligible for National Security Vetting
