AsaSeniorSoftwareEngineer,youwillbringcloud-nativeexpertiseandplayacrucialroleinscalingthecompany'splatformsandproducts.You'llberesponsiblefordesigning,architecting,andbuildinginnovativesolutionsacrossmobile,web,andtooling,helpingtodrivefinancialinsightsandpredictivemodelswhilestrengtheningfinancialservices.

Keyresponsibilitiesincludeoverseeingthetechnicaldevelopmentanddeliveryofproductsalignedwiththecompany'svision.You'llalsocontributetoshapingthetechnologyroadmap,improvingsoftwaredeliveryprocesses,andinfluencingtheoveralltechstrategy.

WhatYou'llNeed:

  • AtrackrecordoftakingproductstoproductionasaSeniorSoftwareEngineer
  • Full-stackdevelopmentskillswithReact,TypeScript,Node.js,ReactNative,andAWS
  • Strongknowledgeofdomain-drivendesign,architecture,security,anddatamanagementbestpractices
  • ExperiencewithAWSLambdaandserverlessarchitecture
  • ExperienceinFinTechorfinancialservicesisaplus,asisabackgroundinotherregulatedindustries
  • Apassionfordrivingchange,makingpracticaldecisions,andmentoringteams

Salary:£75,000-£85,000
